When did you start training and why do you fight? I started training about 2 years ago. I got into it because I like to train and have been a fan of Pride and UFC since i was a kid.
What styles have you trained in? I started with no prior knowledge of fighting.
Who is your favorite fighter(s)? My favorite fighters are Vanderlei Silva, Fedor, and of course Keith Hackney.
What is the best thing about training with Keith? to be in the presence of a legend, and knowing you are prepared for anything when you step into the ring. from knockout to submission!!
What are your goals as a fighter? My goals as fighter are to be an overall well-rounded fighter and to capitilize on my opponents mistakes quicker.
What do you do outside of training? Outside of training I am a musican/guitarist in my metal band Rosenguard www.rosenguard.com

When did you start training and why do you fight? I started training in 1997. I fight because I love the primal rage and adrenaline rush. There is no better feeling then entering the ring and knowing the only way out is to win.
What styles have you trained in? Hap Ki Do, Brazilian Jujitsu, Kempo, Muay Thai kickboxing, Western boxing, Freestyle and Folkstyle wrestling, and Shidokan Karate.
Who is your favorite fighter(s)? Quentin Jackson, Carter Williams, Rich Franklin and Keith Hackney
What is the best thing about training with Keith? The best thing is his ability to teach you to maul an opponent from any position using his "street fighting" mentality. That and the intensity he brings to every class and sparring session.
What are your goals as a fighter? My goals are to be able to handle myself in any situation and to accumulate enough knowledge in order to run my own school someday.
